Critic's Review:  "The nose offers regal yeast and richness, while the palate has complexity to prop up apple, citrus and grapefruit flavors.  Solid from front to back, with health and freshness."

My Review:  I loved this wine!  It reminded me of my favorite type wine, Vinho Verde.  There was a strong aroma of green apples, along with other citrusy smells.  I could taste apples and pears, mostly, but there was also a hint of grapefruit.  The faint bubbles gave the wine a nice crispness.  There was a perfect balance of acidity.  This wine would be great to drink outdoors on a hot day because of its refreshing taste.

I tasted this wine without food.
